Carbon Dioxide is one of the many gases they would like to regulate. We EXHALE carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is used by plants, just as we use oxygen! Why would God create us to exhale a toxic gas that would destroy the planet? He didn't! Cap and Tax is just another way the government is trying to control the people--any politician that pushes for it, must be pushed out of office by the people!
